目前在中学教学中存在一个问题,而且尤为突出,那就是:教师教得苦不堪言,不知何时是尽头;而学生也是痛苦不堪,不知何为学习中的乐趣。本人认为是有多方原因造就此问题的产生。一方面教育体制存在问题,另一方面课程内容的设置和教学标准存在问题,最重要的是教师自身素质与教学能力的问题。作为一线教师,更应正视此问题,并做出深刻的反思。本人认为,要想彻底地解决这个问题,仅有教师的力量是无
At present, there is a problem in secondary school teaching, and it is even more conspicuous. Teachers are so miserable that they do not know when they are the end. Students are also suffering and do not know what it is like to learn. I think there are many reasons for creating this problem. On the one hand, there are problems in the education system.
