本文对我县1985年度麻疹流行情况作了总结分析。年发病率为8.95/10万,病例均发生在三个爆发点内,并经血清学证实。没有出现散发流行。发病明显向大年龄组推移。人群抗体水平较低,一旦有传染源传入即可引起流行。
This article summarizes the prevalence of measles in our county in 1985. The annual incidence was 8.95 / 100 000, and the cases occurred in three outbreaks and confirmed by serology. Did not appear distributed fashion. The incidence significantly shifted to the older age group. Antibody level of the population is low, once the source of infection can cause the epidemic.
