在保证必要的机械性能的条件下,尽量减小内燃机铸件的壁厚是降低内燃机的比重量、降低材料消耗的重要措施之一。本文介绍高强度薄壁灰铸铁件铸造技术在中小型内燃机上的应用。作者通过对生产高强度薄壁灰铸铁件的合成铸铁生产工艺、蠕墨铸铁生产工艺、强化孕育铸铁熔炼工艺、多元低合金化孕育处理工艺四种工艺途径的分析研究,指出多元低合金化孕育处理工艺比较简单、易于掌握,是适合国内采用双联熔炼工艺进行批量生产的铸造厂采用的枝术上可行、经济上合理的工艺方案。
To ensure the necessary mechanical properties of the conditions, as much as possible to reduce the internal combustion engine wall thickness casting is to reduce the specific weight of the internal combustion engine, reducing material consumption is one of the important measures. This article describes the application of high-strength thin-walled gray cast iron casting technology in small and medium-sized internal combustion engines. Through the analysis and research on four technological routes of producing synthetic cast iron with high strength and thin gray iron castings, composing of compacted graphite cast iron, reinforcing cast iron smelting process and multiple low alloyed preparation process, it is pointed out that multi-element low alloyed Treatment process is relatively simple, easy to grasp, is suitable for domestic use of dual smelting process for the mass production of foundries used in the branch feasible and economically reasonable process options.
