嗅神经母细胞瘤是一种少见的神经外胚层起源的鼻腔恶性肿瘤。文章报道一例主述右面颈部无痛性肿胀伴鼻出血半年的年轻女性患者,经肿物活检术后病理及免疫组织化学检查,确诊为右鼻腔嗅神经母细胞瘤伴腮腺及颈部淋巴结转移(Kadish C期)。光镜下可见肿物具有菊形团或假菊形团结构和腺样结构。嗅神经母细胞瘤临床早期易误诊,及时诊断加上综合治疗可提高其疗效。
Olfactory neuroblastoma is a rare nasal malignant tumor of neuroectodermal origin. Article reported a case of painless swelling of the right neck pain associated with half a year of nasal bleeding in young women, by biopsy postoperative pathology and immunohistochemical examination, diagnosed as right nasal olfactory neuroblastoma with parotid and neck lymph node metastasis (Kadish C period). Light microscope shows the tumor with a chrysanthemum or pseudo-daisy cluster structure and adenoid structure. Olfactory neuroblastoma clinical early misdiagnosis, timely diagnosis combined with comprehensive treatment can improve its efficacy.
