目的:研究中药健骨胶囊对大鼠原发性骨质疏松的影响及防治作用。方法:通过去势术建立骨质疏松大鼠模型,将大鼠随机分为空白组,模型组,阳性药组,高、中、低剂量组,6组,每组10只。应用GE双能窄角扇形骨密度仪分别测大鼠脊柱及全身的骨密度;用Leica生物显微镜、Leica-DMLB图象分析软件分析大鼠双侧股骨组织病理形态,观察健骨胶囊对雌激素缺乏引起的骨质疏松模型大鼠的骨质的影响及药效作用。结果:去势大鼠雌激素缺乏引起骨质疏松明显,给药后骨量增加明显,骨结构明显改善。结论:中药健骨胶囊可促进去势大鼠骨组织生长,促进骨形成,治疗原发性骨质疏松。
Objective: To study the effects of Jiangu capsule on primary osteoporosis in rats and its preventive and therapeutic effects. Methods: Osteoporosis rats were established by castration. Rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, positive drug group, high, medium and low dose groups, 6 rats in each group. The bone density of the spine and the whole body of the rats was measured by GE dual-energy narrow-angle fan-shaped bone densitometer. The pathological changes of bilateral femur were observed by Leica microscope and Leica-DMLB image analysis software. Effect of osteoporosis in rat model of osteoporosis induced by lack of drug. Results: Ovariectomized rats caused obvious osteoporosis after estrogen deficiency. After administration, the bone mass increased significantly and the bone structure improved obviously. CONCLUSION: Jiangu capsule can promote bone growth and promote bone formation in ovariectomized rats and treat primary osteoporosis.
