医院的稳定发展离不开良好的经济状况,经济现状由财务管理体系控制。医院的财务管理影响着医院在市场经济体制中的竞争力,构成了医院日常管理的重要环节之一。本文结合医院财务管理中内部控制的意义,分析了我国医院财务管理和内部控制存在的问题,提出了加强医院财务管理与内部控制的对策,为我国医院提高世界影响力提供帮助。
The steady development of the hospital is inseparable from the good economic situation, the economic status of the financial management system control. The financial management of the hospital affects the competitiveness of the hospital in the market economy and constitutes one of the important links in the daily management of the hospital. Based on the significance of internal control in hospital financial management, this paper analyzes the existing problems of hospital financial management and internal control in our country, puts forward countermeasures to strengthen hospital financial management and internal control, and provides help for hospitals in our country to enhance their global influence.
