积极心理学作为一个新的心理学研究领域,使传统心理学的研究重点发生根本转向,更加关注普通人的优势潜能,提高主观幸福感。基于此,在对积极心理学的基本理念和主要内容研究的基础上,从四个方面阐述积极心理学对于高职思想政治课堂教学的启示,以期为提高高职思想政治教学的实效提供新的科学思路。
As a new field of psychology, positive psychology turns the focus of research on traditional psychology into a fundamental one. It pays more attention to the potential advantages of ordinary people and improves the sense of subjective well-being. Based on this, on the basis of the study of the basic concepts and main contents of positive psychology, this article elaborates the inspiration of positive psychology to the ideological and political classroom teaching in higher vocational education from four aspects in order to provide new ideas for improving the actual effect of ideological and political teaching in higher vocational education Scientific ideas.
