本文通过对94名小学生(实验组46人,对照组48人)进行身体形态、机能、素质共26项基本指标的测试,12项综合指标计算,对儿童、少年早期从事武术训练问题进行了定量分析和研究。结果表明:1.早期武术训练可促进儿童少年身体形态的均街发展,有利于呼吸系统、心血管系统的健康发展;对提高其肌肉力量、爆发力和各关节韧带的柔韧性、灵活性有显著作用。2.进行早期训练要根据儿童少年生理特点,合理安排训练内容、形式、运动量,避免成人化,加强医务监督和定期体格检查,在促进其身体健康均衡发展的基础上,提高素质,发展技术。
In this paper, 94 primary school students (experimental group of 46 people, control group of 48 people) physical shape, function, quality of a total of 26 basic indicators of testing, 12 comprehensive index calculation, children, adolescents engaged in martial arts training problems were quantified analysis and research. The results showed that: 1. Early Wushu training can promote the average street children body shape development, is conducive to the healthy development of the respiratory system, cardiovascular system; to improve their muscle strength, explosive force and joint ligaments flexibility and flexibility were significant effect. 2.
