ERP作为一种管理工具,被越来越多的企业所接受,已经成为企业信息化的重要组成部分,但ERP在我国很多企业中的应用并不理想,尤其是推行过程并不顺利。本文就企业推行ERP中遇到的问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决方案。
As a management tool, ERP has been accepted by more and more enterprises and has become an important part of enterprise informatization. However, the application of ERP in many enterprises in our country is not ideal, especially the implementation process is not smooth. This article analyzes the problems encountered in the implementation of ERP enterprises, and put forward the corresponding solutions.
