过去我厂处理一般小型的刀片是在盐浴炉中加热淬火;大型的则在火焰炉中加热淬火。在热处理过程中感到有以下缺点;1.变形大;2.硬度不均匀;3.刃部易于过热;4.容易淬裂。由于以上原因以致给热处理车间带来了大量的校直工作和刀片的返工与报废。即使是合格的刀片,其使用寿命一般也都很低。单就校直工作来说,不但工作量大,而且稍有不当就会把刃口校裂,成为废品。为了防止校裂,我们曾采用过热校的方法:即先把工件加热到160~180℃,然后在压力机上进行校直,结果小的刀片尚满意,大型的仍无法解决,原因是:不易操作。
In the past I plant the general treatment of small blades are heated in the salt bath furnace quenching; large-scale in the flame furnace heating quenching. In the heat treatment process felt the following shortcomings; 1. Large deformation; 2. Hardness uneven; 3. Edge easy to overheat; 4. Easy to quench cracking. Due to the above reasons, heat treatment workshop has brought a large number of straightening work and blade rework and scrapped. Even the qualified blade, its service life is generally low. Straightening work alone, not only heavy workload, and a little improper will crack the edge, as waste. In order to prevent school cracking, we have used the method of overheating school: the workpiece is heated to 160 ~ 180 ℃, and then straighten the press, the result is still satisfied with the small blade, the large still can not be solved because: not easy to operate .
