职业技能大赛对文秘专业建设和发展的推动作用已经得到了相关院校、企业和社会的认同。作为职业教育实践教学改革的必要措施,文秘专业正在尝试探索职业技能大赛和专业实践教学改革深度对接与融合的多种途径。本文拟探讨二者在校企合作、项目化实践教学、竞赛实训资格证相融合等方面的实施策略。
Vocational skills competition for secretary of the professional construction and development of the role of promoting the relevant institutions, enterprises and the community has been recognized. As a necessary measure for the reform of practical education in vocational education, secretarial professionals are trying their best to explore various ways of professional skills competition and professional practice teaching reform in depth docking and integration. This article intends to explore the implementation strategy of the two in the cooperation between school and enterprise, the project of practical teaching, the integration of competition training certificate and so on.
