目的:对注射用氟罗沙星原料的合成工艺进行探讨研究。方法:以6,7,8 - 三氟-1,4 - 二氢-4- 氧喹啉-3- 羧酸乙酯为原料,经4 步反应得到氟罗沙星。结果:本品的元素分析、红外、质谱、核磁共振图谱数据与文献报道一致,总收率为56-3% ,产品经质量测定,完全符合注射用原料的标准。结论:采用该路线工艺生产的氟罗沙星原料产品符合注射用原料的标准,可直接用于注射剂的生产。
Objective: To study the synthesis process of fleroxacin raw material for injection. Methods: Flefloxacin was obtained from 4,7 - trifluoro - 1, 4 - dihydro - 4 - oxoquinoline - 3 - carboxylic acid ethyl ester by 4 steps. Results: The elemental analysis, infrared, mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy data were consistent with those reported in the literature. The total yield was 56-3%. The product was determined by quality and fully met the standard of raw materials for injection. Conclusion: The raw materials of fleroxacin produced by this route are in line with the standard of raw materials for injection and can be directly used for the production of injection.
