随着现代管理方法和技术在我国企业中的推广,作为国有企业也在先进的管理经验中摸索适合自己的管理方法。预算管理作为现代管理理论中的重要组成部分,必然是我国国有企业努力学习和认真采纳的重要方面。大型国有企业努力提高企业预算管理执行力,推动企业管理水平的提高和实现企业利润最大化。本文就大型国有企业预算执行中的问题进行粗浅的分析。
With the popularization of modern management methods and technologies in our enterprises, we have also fostered the management methods suitable for ourselves as state-owned enterprises in the advanced management experience. As an important part of modern management theory, budget management is an important aspect that our state-owned enterprises must study hard and adopt seriously. Large-scale state-owned enterprises strive to improve the implementation of enterprise budget management, promote the improvement of enterprise management level and maximize the profits of enterprises. This article carries out a superficial analysis of the problems in the budget implementation of large state-owned enterprises.
