党的十八大会议召开至今,总书记习近平号召党中央,以发展实际,坚持问题导向为出发点,提出了“四个全面”战略布局,将依法治国定为基本纲要,重点强化党建工作,尤其是基层党建工作,同时提出一系列要求。按照从严治党方针,贯彻落实党建主业思想与主体责任,发电企业应坚持围绕科学发展观,明确党建工作发展方向。发电企业党建工作还要以科学发展为根本,坚持改革创新精神,力争创建具有国际水准的世界级发电企业。
