我国既是全球最大的稻谷生产国,也是全球最大的大米消费国。粮食的新陈历来都是各级领导和社会各界十分关注、而且是政策性很强的问题。近年来市场上出现的一些掺油、染色(绿米、黑米或黄米等)、使假、甚至毒米等伪大米使老百姓在购买时防不胜防。如何鉴定新陈大米,如何识别有毒大米成为现实生活中一个非常重要的问题。
