用烟草花叶病毒(Tobacco mosaic Virus—TMV)的兔抗血清和鼠腹水抗体与市售的羊抗鼠酶标记物组合成异种动物抗体双夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA—DSM),检测用14个 TMV 分离物接种、分期采集的番茄、大椒、烟草大量样品和健康样品,磨碎制取澄清液,作系列稀释,测得每一样品各稀释度的光密度(O、D)值,统计分析,找出待检样品以稀释100倍为最适宜的稀释倍数,阳性反应判断标准以 P/N≥1.8—2为好(P 为待检样品 O·D 值,N 为阴性对照 O·D 值),检出率达96.5—95.2%,误诊率为0。
