青岛酒厂是一家国有中型企业,拥有职工986人,在自身人员富余的情况下,不但吸纳了破产企业青岛第二味精厂的218名下岗职工,而且企业的经济效益以每年30%的速度递增。其中的奥妙就是该厂走出了一条一业为主、多业并举的开发性安置下岗职工的新路子,推动了企业的发展。一、教育引导,使工人变“沮丧”为“振奋”。青岛酒厂兼并味精厂后,许多下岗职工心理反差较大,尤其是原企业的中层干部,他们拉不下脸面,放不下架子,总觉得低人一等,因而迟迟不能进入“角色”。酒厂的领导者们便深入到这些下岗职工当中做思想工作,与他们谈心交流,给他们讲国企改革的形势和当前的就业政策,劝导职工工作无贵贱之分,岗位无尊卑之别,教育下岗职工要正视下岗,珍惜来之不易的就业岗位,满腔热情地去工作。同时,该厂领导还要求酒厂的职工要尊重、关心、帮助味精厂的下岗职工,使下岗职工重新感受到“家”的温暖。通过一番教育引导,下岗职工们走出了下岗后的思想误区,重新振作起来,在自己的岗位奉献人生第二次青春。
