棉花机械采摘的一个重要问题是脱叶。为了提高脱叶效果,我们于1989年8月下旬至9月中旬在石河子一四八团四队的新陆早1号棉田进行脱叶剂德罗普(DROPP,粉剂,西德产)脱叶试验。试验设3个处理,即1ha喷德罗普粉剂700g,900g,1100g,以不喷为对照,小区长10m,宽7.2m,随机排列,重复3次。试验地棉花于4月7日播种,60cm等行距地膜栽培,亩保苗10300株,于8月30日(此时棉花单株平均吐絮量为1.3朵,日均气温20℃)按1kg德罗普粉剂兑水400—500kg喷施。其他田间管理措施与本团棉花模式栽培的一致。
