站在讲台上,居高临下,俯视众生,滔滔不绝,教师是知识的权威和化身,学生是被动学习和接受者,这就是教师吗?时间进入21世纪,建构主义者对这种传统的教师地位、角色、形象,提出了全面的质疑,引起人们的深刻反思。他们认为,知识不是外在知识的灌输,而是个体在自己新旧经验基础上的建构,教师在教学方法上必须走出演讲的角色,而成为激励者、促进者、指导者、咨询者和协调者。怎样理解这些新颖而抽象的用语?在新时期,我们到底怎样做教师?
Standing on the podium, condescendingly, looking down upon all beings and being in a constant stream, teachers are the authority and incarnation of knowledge, and students are passive learners and recipients. Is this the teacher? The time has entered the 21st century, and the constructivist has taken this traditional teacher status. The role, the image, and the comprehensive questioning have caused people’s profound reflection. They believe that knowledge is not the instillation of external knowledge, but the construction of individuals based on their own new and old experiences. Teachers must use the role of speech in teaching methods, and become the motivators, promoters, mentors, consultants, and coordinators. . How do we understand these new and abstract terms?
