经常注意改善采煤方法,对提高劳动生产率、减少资源损失与降低成水,起着极其重要的作用。尤其对刚成长起来的也是开采特原煤层主要方法之一的分层上行水砂充填走向长壁式采煤法更为重要。 东北煤矿,到1954年末(12月份),这种方法的产量占水砂充填采煤产量的36.3%;占井下采煤总产量的8.8%;年末比年初其产量增加1.5倍。说明这种方法一年来增长是很快的。特别值得提出的是分别在阜新高德西八坑、新邱五坑的砂底上试验并证实了联合采煤机与截煤装煤机采煤的初步成功,已把它的基本程序机械化由理想变为事实;同时,由於抚顺工作组的帮助在西安,阜新又试验成功了在一个班内完成65~70公尺工作面的充填准备与充填工作;阜新新邱五坑、高德西八坑又创造了充填与采煤平行作业法。所有这些,是技术革新运动中的重大收获。对发展这种方法具有非常重要的意义。
