2001年,广东省纪委、省监察厅同省建设厅组成联合调查组,对广东省建设工程交易中心个别工作人员在中山医科大学附属第三医院医技大楼工程招投标中的违纪违法问题展开调查。现已查实该工程项目在招投标中存在包工头串标、建筑施工单位出让资质证照、评标委员会不依法评标、省交易中心个别工作人员收受包工头钱物等违纪违法问题。经广东省建设厅、省监察厅研究决定,取消该项目招投标结果,依法重新组织招投标。目前,涉嫌违纪违法的交易中心工作人员张文忠、陈暹河已被停职,
