采用纤维蛋白平板法对来自辽宁、上海地区的6株蛹虫草(Cordyceps militaris)的纤溶酶活性进行比较,结果表明:不同来源的蛹虫草纤溶酶活性差异较大,最高的比活力可达134.8IU/mg(鲜LN-2),最低的比活力仅有3.4IU/mg(鲜LN-3);经PCR鉴定首次发现,就纤溶酶活性而言,双交配型的蛹虫草明显高于单交配型的蛹虫草;本研究还进一步比较分析了蛹虫草(C.militaris)与秀珍菇(Pleurotus geesteranus)等11种食药用菌的纤溶酶活性;结果表明,所测定的11种食药用菌中,纤溶酶比活力最高的是冬虫夏草(C.sinensis)(149.5IU/mg),其次是蛹虫草(65.6IU/mg)和秀珍菇(30.6IU/mg),而双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)、桑黄(Phellinus spp.)、灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)和银耳(Tremella fuciformis)的子实体中未检测到纤溶酶。
