1.领导重视是搞好绿化的关键我校领导十分重视绿化工作,尤其是宁德师专刚开办的第一任校长——牟广钦同志,非常关心、重视绿化工作,把绿化工作列入建校规划内,亲自抓、亲自过问。早在1978年选择学校地址时就考虑到今后校园的绿化面积。在认真考察、分析的基础上,最后选了靠三都澳西侧,东面临海、西面靠山、南北两面离畅通无阻的“104”国道不远的地盘。这里全无工业污染、无噪音干扰、自然条件优越、有发展余地、水资源丰富、地质条件好。这不仅有利于校舍建设,也有利于绿化。在拟基建布
