我国劳动保障监察功能缺失,存在如下几方面的组织因素:一是组织机构设置不尽合理、组织关系没理顺,二是劳动保障监察队伍建设严重滞后。为了进一步完善我国劳动保障监察功能,需进一步调整优化劳动保障监察组织结构、理顺相关职能部门之间的关系,强化监察队伍建设。
The lack of labor security supervision in our country has the following organizational factors: First, the organizational structure is not reasonable and the organizational relationship is not smooth; second, the construction of labor security supervision team lags behind seriously.
