GIS作为一种获取、存储、检索、分析和显示空间定位数据的综合的数据库管理系统已经成功应用于许多行业,但其在有线电视方面的应用却是最近才提出,而且由专业软件公司尝试设计的。但是,由于有线电视网络资源的结构相当复杂,而且各地的有线电视网络资源都有其自身特色,在没有了解具体有线电视业务的情况下很难对复杂的网络资源结构进行系统的分析,分别量身建立合理的业务模型和不断的跟踪维护,因此难以发挥GIS应有的效果。本文作者作为广电局一员,在深入了解有线电视网络资源的基础上,建立了满足实际需求的基于GIS的有线电视管理系统模型,在实践中证明本方案功能强大,可为同类系统提供参考。
GIS has been successfully used in many industries as a comprehensive database management system for acquiring, storing, retrieving, analyzing and displaying spatial positioning data. However, its application in cable television was recently proposed and tried by professional software companies to design of. However, as the structure of CATV network resources is quite complicated and the CATV network resources all over the world have their own characteristics, it is very difficult to systematically analyze the complex network resource structure without knowing the specific CATV services. Body to establish a reasonable business model and continuous follow-up maintenance, it is difficult to play GIS due effect. As a member of the Bureau of Radio and Television, based on a deep understanding of the cable television network resources, the author establishes a GIS-based cable TV management system model that meets the actual needs and proves that this solution is powerful in practice and can provide reference for similar systems.
