河183区块位于济阳坳陷东营凹陷中央断裂背斜构造带郝家鼻状构造北部。本区块馆陶组及以上地层松软,沙河街组地层容易坍塌掉块。二开井段至东营组地层采用HAT127钻头,下部地层采用PDC+螺杆钻具,合理的选用钻具组合和钻进参数,选用抑制性聚磺防塌润滑钻井液体系,加强短程起下钻,并采用复合钻,提高了机械钻速,缩短了建井周期,取得了较好的效果。
River 183 block is located in the north part of the Haojia nose structure of the central fault anticline in the Dongying Sag, Jiyang Depression. The block Museum Tao group and above stratum soft, Shahejie formation easily collapse blocks. HAT127 drill bit is used in the second open interval to Dongying Formation, the PDC + screw drilling tool is used in the lower stratum, and a reasonable selection of drilling tool combinations and drilling parameters is selected. The use of composite drill, increased penetration rate, shorten the construction period, and achieved good results.
