我国《国民经济和社会发展“九五”计划和2010年远景目标纲要》指出:“全面准确把握‘产权清晰、权责分明、政企分开、管理科学’的现代企业制度基本特征,加大改革力度,使大多数国有大中型骨干企业在本世纪末初步建立现代企业制度,成为自主经营、自负盈亏、自我发展、自我约束的法人实体和市场竞争主体。”这为国有企业改革指明了方向。那么,国有企业如何成为真正的市场竞争主体?本文就此谈点肤浅的学习体会。
China’s “Ninth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and Outline for 2010 Vision” states: “To comprehensively and accurately grasp the basic characteristics of a modern enterprise system characterized by clear property rights, clear powers and responsibilities, separation of government from enterprises and management of science, and to increase reform So that the majority of state-owned large and medium-sized backbone enterprises will initially establish a modern enterprise system by the end of this century and become the legal entity and the main body of market competition for self-management, self-financing, self-development and self-restraint. ”This pointed out the direction for the reform of state-owned enterprises. So, how to become the real market competition state-owned enterprises? This article talk about the superficial learning experience.
