法律社会学并非是僵死的研究社会,毫无疑问社会运行的影响因素是由多种方面来构成的,并不可能依靠单一的影像方式来进行判断。而法律在社会效果方面的影响力也绝对不是孤立的,而是由社会本身的因素和法律的内容形式等各个方面所共同构成的社会格局的作用所导致的。因而对于法律社会学来说,最重要的一点就是要避免教条主义,一定要从动态的方式来分析法的社会效果和运行方式。如果说这个方面没有有效的做到的话,毫无疑问面对不断变化的社会环境来说,可以认为现阶段的社会学需要进行一些改善,才能得到更好的出路。
Legal sociology is not a rigid research society. There is no doubt that the factors influencing the social operation are constituted by many aspects and it is impossible to judge by a single image. The influence of law on social effects is absolutely not isolated. It is caused by the social structure formed by various factors such as social factors and legal forms of content. Therefore, for legal sociology, the most important point is to avoid dogmatism. We must analyze the social effect and operation mode of law from the dynamic way. If this aspect is not effectively dealt with, there is no doubt that in the face of a constantly changing social environment, sociology at this stage can require some improvement in order to get a better exit.
