现在人们认识到人类肿瘤的发生是由于细胞内某些癌基因的活化或抑癌基因的丢失。卵巢癌是妇科肿瘤中难以早期发现、早期治疗、死亡率最高的疾病。本研究通过测定C-erbB_2癌基因、P~(53)抑癌基因在不同性质卵巢上皮性肿瘤中表达情况,探讨其临床价值。 1 材料与方法 收集本院1985年至1995年卵巢上皮性肿瘤手术切除标本98例。其中良性、交界性、恶性肿瘤分别为40例、16例、42例。均经病理证实,按常规将上述标本制成石腊切片。采用FIGO标准及手术探
It is now recognized that the occurrence of human tumors is due to the activation of certain oncogenes within the cell or the loss of tumor suppressor genes. Ovarian cancer is difficult to early detection of gynecological tumors, early treatment, the highest mortality rate of the disease. This study was to investigate the clinical value of C-erbB 2 oncogene and P ~ (53) tumor suppressor gene in ovarian epithelial tumors with different properties. 1 Materials and Methods 98 cases of ovarian epithelial tumor resected specimens from 1985 to 1995 in our hospital. Among them, benign, borderline and malignant tumors were 40 cases, 16 cases and 42 cases respectively.
