随着社会主义市场经济的发展,人们对生活水平的要求也随之提高,因此人们在在进行城市建设时,对于建筑工程的管理工作也十分的重要。近几年来,我国的经济飞速发展,尤其是在建筑工程方面得到了良好的成果。但是,在现在的建筑工程中还是存在着许多问题,这严重的影响着人们的正常生活质量和生产工作,而建筑工程管理作为建筑工程的根本,所以我们要向加强建筑工程的质量,我们就要从建筑工程的管理工作上抓起,这样才能对建筑工程的质量进行有效的控制。文章通过对当前建筑工程管理的现状进行分析,讨论了影响建筑工程管理的主要因素和相关的应对方案,以供相关人士参考。
With the development of the socialist market economy, people’s living standards have also been raised. Therefore, people are also very important in the management of construction projects when they carry out urban construction. In recent years, the rapid economic development in our country has achieved good results, especially in the field of construction engineering. However, there are still many problems in the current construction projects, which seriously affect people’s normal life quality and production work. Construction management is the foundation of construction projects. Therefore, we must enhance the quality of construction projects. To start from the management of construction projects, so that the quality of construction projects can be effectively controlled. By analyzing the current status of construction management, the article discusses the main factors that affect the management of construction engineering and the related solutions, for the reference of relevant parties.
