无产阶级的伟大导师马克思、恩格斯是马克思主义的创始人,也是杰出的报刊活动家、卓越的新闻工作者。他们的新闻思想和新闻实践十分丰富,为无产阶级新闻事业的发展开辟了道路。他们关于报刊工作的大量精辟论述,奠定了无产阶级新闻学的理论基础。本文仅就马克思、恩格斯注重编辑记者个性发展的思想进行论述,并结合我国新闻工作的实践提出意见和建议,以期为加强新闻工作队伍建设、促进新闻事业的繁荣提供一些思路。
Marx and Engels, great mentors of the proletariat, are the founder of Marxism, outstanding newspaper activists and excellent journalists. Their journalistic thoughts and news practices are very rich, opening the way for the development of the proletarian journalism. Their large number of incisive discussions on the work of newspapers and magazines laid the theoretical foundation for proletarian journalism. This article only discusses the thought that Marx and Engels pay attention to the editor’s personality development and puts forward the opinions and suggestions according to the practice of our country’s news work in order to provide some ideas for strengthening the construction of the news work team and promoting the prosperous journalism.
