坚冰正在打破,一条连接欧亚的新航道呼之欲出。沿俄罗斯北部海岸有一条连接西北欧和亚太地区的航道,西方称之为北海航道。为探讨这条航道的可行性,欧洲专家已就相关技术、经济、政治、法律、环保等方面问题进行了多年的全面分析研究。专家们认为,随着新技术的应用和相关措施的完善,全面启用这一航道的条件日臻成熟。“这条航道具有广阔前景”,很可能成为“21世纪连接欧洲、俄罗斯和亚洲的新的海上走廊”。
Hard ice is breaking down, a new route connecting Eurasia ready to come. Along the northern coast of Russia there is a fairway linking northwestern Europe with the Asia Pacific region, which the West calls the North Sea Fairway. In order to explore the feasibility of this channel, European experts have carried out comprehensive analysis and research for many years on related technical, economic, political, legal and environmental issues. Experts believe that with the application of new technologies and the improvement of relevant measures, the conditions for the full opening of this waterway have become increasingly mature. “This waterway has a great prospect” and is likely to become “a new sea corridor connecting Europe, Russia and Asia in the 21st century.”
