为了解花粉作为一种营养品,在提高人体对失重等航天特因环境耐受力的作用,本文观察了46只鼠的血液学指标变化.其中自由对照组10只,悬吊对照组12只,悬吊+萃取法制取花粉(花粉A)组12只,悬吊+粉碎法制取花粉组(花粉B)12只,每天各服用花粉一次.结果表明两种花粉对悬吊鼠的红细胞的变形性,膜流动性,纤维蛋白原均有不同程度的影响.其中对红细胞膜流动性及纤维蛋白原的影响有统计学意义.说明花粉对改善失重条件下血液学指标有一定的作用.
In order to understand the role of pollen as a nutriment in improving the tolerance of the human body to space-related environmental factors such as weightlessness, we observed the changes of hematological indexes in 46 rats, of which 10 were in the free control group and 12 in the control group , 12 suspension pollen (pollen A) and 12 pollen suspension (pollen B) by suspension + extraction method.The pollen was taken once a day.The results showed that the deformation of erythrocytes There was statistical significance in the fluidity and fibrinogen of erythrocyte membrane, indicating that pollen has a certain effect on improving hematological indexes under weightlessness.
