会计师事务所是以人力资源为核心竞争力的组织。人才是事务所最重要的财富,事务所的竞争实际上也就是人才的竞争。事务所要招聘到优秀人才、培养出优秀人才、留住优秀人才,首先要有人才成长的肥沃土壤。这个土壤就是建成学习型事务所。本文拟就如何建成学习型事务所谈几点认识。
