冶金企业有着丰富的低热值煤气资源.用之作为炉窑的燃料,但由于工业炉窑热效率低,且低热值煤气具有可燃成分少,火焰温度低等特点,因此,燃用低热值煤气的炉窑需要采取强化燃烧、余热回收、合理组织炉内氛围,加强保温等节能措施.本文结合实际应用,对以上几项关键技术进行了探讨.
Metallurgical enterprises have rich low-calorie gas resources, which are used as fuel in furnaces. However, due to the low thermal efficiency of industrial furnaces and the low calorific value of gas, which have less combustible components and low flame temperatures, Kilns need to take intensive combustion, waste heat recovery, reasonable organization of the furnace atmosphere, to enhance energy conservation and other energy-saving measures.In this paper, the practical application of the above several key technologies were discussed.
