From July 15 to October 2, 2005, an art exhibition entitled “Extreme Abstraction” was held at the Albright-Knox Gallery in Buffalo (half of the exhibits will be on display until October 16th). The exhibition takes the collection of Albright-Knox Art Museum as the main line and combines some of the lending artworks to form a comprehensive art exhibition that takes painting and sculpture as the main body and works as a device. The large number of exhibitions ,unprecedented. The artists, composed of two generations of artists born between 1960-1975 and born between 1940-1959, also include the new works by young artists and the classic books that have been published in the annals of history. Curator Jose Gracias, by combining and contrasting the abstract art of the two generations, gives the old and new works a more meaningful meaning, as well as the lasting vitality of non-realistic art.
