有机合成反应中,催化剂的选择、改进及其理论,越来越受到重视。本文简略介绍某些重要合成反应催化剂的最新进展。共轭加成锂铜复盐共轭加成的经典Kharash 法是应用格氏试剂和铜盐催化剂。嗣后,铜盐被锂铜复盐(LiCuR_2)所取代,这种锂铜复盐称为Gilman 试剂,具有效率高、选择性强,并可回收利用等优点。在式(1)或式(2)中,混合复盐(LiCuRR′)和高级复盐[Li_2Cu(CN)R_2]等也能适用。
Organic synthesis reaction, the catalyst selection, improvement and its theory, more and more attention. This article briefly introduces some of the most recent advances in synthesis catalysts. The classical Kharash method of conjugate addition lithium-copper double conjugate addition is the application of Grignard reagent and copper salt catalyst. Subsequently, copper salts were replaced by LiCuR_2, a lithium-copper complex salt called Gilman’s reagent with the advantages of high efficiency, selectivity and recyclability. In formula (1) or (2), mixed double salts (LiCuRR ’) and advanced double salts [Li 2 Cu (CN) R 2] and the like are also applicable.
