[目的]探讨不同项目的体育锻炼促进大学生社会健康的效能。[方法]采用问卷调查、实验的方法对周口师院大学生进行调查实验。[结果](1)不同项目的体育锻炼促进大学生社会健康的效果是不一样的;(2)篮球项目优于健美操项目,健美操项目优于太极拳项目;(3)体育锻炼时间越长,促进大学生社会健康的效果越显著。[结论]体育锻炼能促进大学生社会健康,项目越激烈促进大学生社会健康的效果越显著。
[Objective] To explore the effectiveness of different types of physical activities in promoting college students’ social health. [Methods] A questionnaire survey and experimental method were used to investigate the college students in Zhoukou Teachers College. [Results] (1) Different items of physical exercise to promote the social health of college students is not the same effect; (2) basketball is better than aerobics items, aerobics items over Tai Chi boxing items; (3) physical activity longer , To promote the social health of college students the more significant effect. [Conclusion] Physical exercise can promote the social health of college students. The more obvious the project is, the more effective the project is to promote the social health of college students.
