刘素梅,山西省晋中师范高等专科学校附属学校校长。从教28年来,她从一名普通的教师成长为晋中市知名的校长,一路从安宁小学、逸夫小学、晋华小学、晋中一幼走过,先后担任过大队辅导员、教导主任、校长、园长,是全国素质教育模范校长、全国教改实验先进个人,山西省教育系统先进工作者、精神文明建设先进个人,山西省教学能手、学科带头人、德育工作先进个人,晋中市劳动模范。获得了多项荣誉的她,不骄不躁,至今依然兢兢业业,奋斗在自己的岗位上。来自榆社小山村的她,从小就立志,“一定要闯出一个样子来,要么不做,要做就做到最好”。
