育人先育德。我国近几年越来越重视以就业为导向推进职业教育改革发展,而中职学生思想道德素质如何,又直接关系到我国产业大军的素质,关系到国家和民族的未来。本文通过自身从教以来对中职生教育教学工作的深刻体会,结合当前中职学校学生思想德育素养的实际情况,浅析提高中职学生思想道德素质需构建一个对于未成年人与我国经济社会发展相适应的学校家庭社会通力合作的“学校——家庭——社会教育网”。而作为政治课教师更能充分认识到加强和改进中职学生思想道德教育的重要性和紧迫性。
