我国大学生就业形势越来越严峻,经管类专业的毕业生就业压力增大,由于经管人才缺乏实践能力和创新意识,自身的就业能力明显不足。虽然经管类专业的毕业生具备经济管理基础知识和创新创业的专业知识,但是经管类专业的培养过程中目标不明确,路径选择不合理,大批的经管人才不能很好地适应用人单位对人才多样性的要求。当前经管类专业创新人才培养面临的现状不容乐观,因此探究人才培养模式是培养应用型经管类创新人才的重要途径。
The employment situation of college students in our country is getting more and more serious. The employment pressure of graduates of economics and management major is increasing. Due to the lack of practical ability and innovative consciousness of the management personnel, their employability is obviously insufficient. Although graduates of economics and management major possess the basic knowledge of economic management and the professional knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship, the objectives of the cultivation of economics and management major are not clear in purpose and the path selection is not reasonable. Therefore, a large number of managers can not well adapt to employers’ Sexual requirements. At present, the current status quo of trainee creative talents cultivation is not optimistic, so exploring the talent cultivation pattern is an important way to train innovative talents in applied management.
