手术室作为外科治疗重要场所,在医疗体系中承载着重要的角色,发挥着重要作用。手术室护理质量的高低与手术治疗患者的疗效及预后诸多因素息息相关。改进手术室护理方法,制订科学有效的手术室护理管理措施具有重要意义。目前,随着医疗水平的发展和科学技术的提高,品管圈管理愈加受到人们的重视。而品管圈活动应用到手术器械管理、无菌技术操作以及手术室护理管理方面也具有重要意义,受到很多学者的关注,相关文献研究报道也是屡见不鲜。笔者结合手术室护理管理中品管圈应用现状,并结合手术室的临床实际情况进行思考。分析和探究品管圈活动应用到手术室护理管理的进展。
