张××女36岁1986年8月7日就诊。右眼视物模糊半年。自1985年8月份以来,每当晨起出现虹视,持续10分钟左右消失,无眼红、眼疼及流泪等症状。自1986年1月右眼逐渐视物模糊,在本地医院检查发现右眼瞳孔异位变形。全身检查无异常发现。视力右0.3,左1.2。右眼球结膜无充血,角膜轻度弥漫性混浊,上皮水肿,荧光素染色见散在点状着色Kp,有色素性及白色细小点状,房水未见混浊,周边虹膜6点处见一3×4mm萎缩区,3点、12点、10点处见小片状萎缩区。病变区虹膜色素脱
