目的观察中药疱疹散合止痛汤治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将94例带状疱疹患者随机分成2组,各47例,对照组口服泛昔洛韦片250 mg/次,甲钴胺片0.5 mg/次,3次/d;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药疱疹散外敷,止痛汤口服,连续治疗14 d后,观察2组治疗前后临床疗效及临床体征变化情况。结果治疗后对照组总有效率为87.23%,治疗组为100.00%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组止疱时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间、疼痛缓解及痊愈时间与对照组比较,差异均有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论中药疱疹散敷涂于患处易于吸收,抗病毒作用强,止痛汤能有效缓解疼痛,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of herpes simplex analgesic decoction on herpes zoster. Methods Ninety-four patients with shingles were randomly divided into two groups (n = 47). The patients in the control group were treated with famciclovir 250 mg once daily and methylcobalamin 0.5 mg once daily for 3 d. On the basis of the control group Herbs were given to external application, analgesic soup orally, after continuous treatment for 14 days, the clinical efficacy and clinical signs of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 87.23% in the control group and 100.00% in the treatment group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The treatment group blister time, scab time, scab off time, pain relief and recovery time compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Herbs scattered on the affected area is easy to absorb the coating, strong anti-viral effect, analgesic soup can effectively relieve pain, it is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
