[目的]探讨HER-2、PI3K、CDH4分子标志物在子宫内膜癌淋巴结转移中的表达及相关性。[方法]选取2013年1月至2014年1月河南省肿瘤医院收治子宫内膜癌患者53例,根据是否发生淋巴结转移分为淋巴结转移组(n=14)和淋巴结未转移组(n=39)。采用免疫组化SP方法检测HER-2、PI3K、CDH4蛋白的表达;采用Logistic回归分析以上检测指标表达量与淋巴结转移之间的关系。[结果]淋巴结转移组HER-2蛋白、PI3K蛋白和CHD4蛋白阳性率均高于淋巴结未转移组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示:PI3K、CDH4蛋白表达量与子宫内膜癌淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05);HER-2蛋白表达量与子宫内膜癌淋巴结转移无明显相关(P>0.05)。[结论]子宫内膜癌患者联合HER-2、PI3K、CDH4蛋白测定能为临床制定个体化治疗方案提供参考依据。
[Objective] To investigate the expression and correlation of HER-2, PI3K and CDH4 molecular markers in lymph node metastasis of endometrial carcinoma. [Methods] Fifty-three patients with endometrial cancer who were treated in Henan Provincial Tumor Hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were divided into three groups according to whether lymph node metastasis occurred, such as lymph node metastasis (n = 14) and lymph node metastasis ). The expression of HER-2, PI3K and CDH4 protein was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The relationship between the expression of above indexes and lymph node metastasis was analyzed by Logistic regression. [Results] The positive rates of HER-2 protein, PI3K protein and CHD4 protein in lymph node metastasis group were significantly higher than those in lymph node non-metastasis group (P <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the expression of PI3K and CDH4 protein was correlated with lymph node metastasis of endometrial carcinoma (P <0.05). There was no significant correlation between the expression of HER-2 protein and lymph node metastasis of endometrial carcinoma (P> 0.05). [Conclusion] The combination of HER-2, PI3K and CDH4 in patients with endometrial cancer can provide a reference for the development of individualized treatment programs.
