现代科学技术突飞猛进、日新月异。遥远庞大的天际,我们可以用万倍望远镜去观察;渺小幽闭的微观世界,我们也能用显微镜去探索,而唯独对于我们人类自己却因“身在此山中”而难窥真容颜。但是,许多科学家和研究者依然不断地努力着,并且试着研制出了一些工具让人们努力去认识自己。 人才测评已有千年历史,而直至本世纪初期,现代科学的人才测评理论和技术才开始形成和发展,并得到越来越广泛的应用。人才测评是以现代心理科学、管理科学为基础,通过心理测验、情景模拟等客观化方法对人员的知识水平、能力、个性特征等方面进行综合的测量和评价。 对即将面临就业的大学生来说,人才测评可以说是一种知己知彼的好方法。成功择业和择业者的自我评估、自我定位密切相关,而准确、客观地评估自己,就容易找到理想合适的职业,充分发挥潜能,实现人生价值;评估不当则容易导致择业失败,遭遇挫折。人才测评完全可以帮助择业者准确、全面地了解自己,避免择业的盲目性。

Far vast huge sky, we can use the telescope to observe times; small claustrophobia microscopic world, we can use the microscope to explore, but only for our own human beings because of “in this mountain ” and glimpse of true appearance. However, many scientists and researchers continue to work hard and try to develop tools that allow people to work hard to recognize themselves. Talent evaluation has a history of thousands of years. Until the early of this century, the theory and technology of talent evaluation in modern science began to form and develop and got more and more widespread application. Talent evaluation is based on modern psychological science and management science, through the objective test methods such as psychological tests and scenario simulation, to comprehensively measure and evaluate personnel's knowledge level, ability and personality characteristics. For university graduates who are about to face employment, talent assessment can be considered a good way to know each other.
