肝脏是胃癌远处转移最常见的器官,胃癌肝转移(GCLM)是胃癌患者治疗过程中所面临的最大威胁。目前对于GCLM的治疗国内外还没有制定出标准方案。而外科手术彻底切除胃癌原发灶和肝转移灶是目前惟一可能治愈GCLM的治疗方法。笔者就GCLM的临床特点及外科治疗的优势及不足进行综述。
Liver is the most common organ in the distant metastasis of gastric cancer. Gastric cancer liver metastasis (GCLM) is the biggest threat to the treatment of gastric cancer patients. At present, there are no standard protocols for the treatment of GCLM at home and abroad. Surgical radical resection of primary gastric cancer and liver metastases is currently the only possible treatment of GCLM. The author reviewed the clinical features of GCLM and the advantages and disadvantages of surgical treatment.
