目的分析武隆县人群土源性线虫感染分布现状,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法采用改良加藤氏法检查肠道蠕虫卵和用肛拭法查12岁以下儿童蛲虫卵,并对检查结果统计分析。结果共调查1487人,查出蛔虫、钩虫2种肠道线虫,感染总人数93人,总感染率为6.25%。其中蛔虫、钩虫感染率分别为4.57%、1.68%。与1990年调查结果相比,总感染率和蛔虫、钩虫感染率分别下降为92.92%、94.08%和95.15%。结论我县土源性线虫感染属国家Ⅱ类流行区,仍需开展重点人群肠道线虫综合防治。
Objective To analyze the distribution of soil-borne nematode infection in Wulong County, and to provide basis for prevention and control measures. Methods The modified Kats’ method was used to examine the intestinal worm eggs and anal swabs to detect the eggs of children under 12 years old. The statistical analysis of the test results was made. Results A total of 1487 people were investigated. Two roundworms of roundworm and hookworm were found. The total number of infections was 93 and the total infection rate was 6.25%. Roundworm, hookworm infection rates were 4.57% and 1.68% respectively. Compared with the survey results in 1990, the total infection rate and roundworm, hookworm infection rates decreased to 92.92%, 94.08% and 95.15% respectively. Conclusion The soil-borne nematode infection in our county belongs to the national class Ⅱ endemic area, and the comprehensive prevention and treatment of intestinal nematodes in key populations still needs to be carried out.
