电力企业员工的整体素质直接关系着企业的生存与发展。为了保证电力企业的可持续发展,本文分析了电力企业职工教育培训工作的重要性,并且针对电力企业职工整体素质现状,提出了增强电力企业职工教育培训工作实效性的有效措施。
The overall quality of employees in power companies directly related to the survival and development of enterprises. In order to ensure the sustainable development of power companies, this paper analyzes the importance of employee education and training in power enterprises, and puts forward effective measures to enhance the effectiveness of employee education and training in power enterprises in view of the overall quality of employees in power enterprises.
