本文报告的是大豆杂交品系NS—H—9、NS—H—11、NS—H—15的幼苗在缺铁条件下干物质积累与光合色素含量的变化。在水培条件下,大豆幼苗干物质明显减少(40.63%—70.07%);光合色素含量大幅度下降(其中,叶绿素达65.62%—77.94%,类胡萝卜素也在55.74—66.29%,因而叶片呈浅黄色或黄白色。对缺铁的反应,在不同的杂交种之间存在着差异,NS—H—15对缺铁的敏感性低于其它两个杂交种,其干物重与光合色素含量均高于另外两个杂交种;在同一品种的同一植株亦存在着差异,即不同部位表现不同,地下部分比地上部分敏感。
This paper reports the changes of dry matter accumulation and photosynthetic pigment content in seedlings of soybean cross-lines NS-H-9, NS-H-11 and NS-H-15 under iron deficient conditions. Under hydroponics, the dry matter of soybean seedlings decreased significantly (40.63% -70.07%), photosynthetic pigment content decreased significantly (chlorophyll reached 65.62% -77.94%, carotenoids also 55.74-66.29%, so the leaves were light yellow or yellowish-white.The response to iron deficiency varied among different hybrids and the sensitivity of NS-H-15 to iron deficiency was lower than that of the other two The hybrids had the highest dry matter weight and photosynthetic pigment content compared with the other two hybrids. The same plants in the same variety also showed differences, ie, the performance of different parts was different, and the underground part was more sensitive than the aerial part.
